Congratulations to Mirai, and thanks to Scott Hettrick for that informative article. But that stretch picture is almost more than one can imagine! I tried it and it doesn’t work on a “mature” man. Can’t imagine how she can do it. Anyway, best wishes to her on Saturday night. Oh, by the way, it is also difficult to understand the dedication of one who practices three times a day, 6 days a week, but I guess that is what it takes to become a Champion in today’s competitive sports world.
