WWII authors presentation

The authors of “Plowshares into Swords,” Thomas S. Fiske and Lannea Melzian, will discuss how San Gabriel Valley residents at Cal Tech played a role in winning World War II at the Arcadia Historical Society’s quarterly membership program at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, at the Arcadia Community Center.
