Failing Council Tribute

Longtime CalTrans director and Arcadia volunteer Doug Failing was paid a tribute by the City Council on Feb. 16 as he transitions to a new job with Metro.
The first video below features a two-minute highlight of the Feb. 16 recognition, followed by a 3 1/2-minute 2008 video in which Failing describes his job at CalTrans and his love of Arcadia.
