Matt McSweeny of Matt Denny’s Ale House has been named Business Person of the year by the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce.
He will be honored at the Chamber’s annual Business Awards Luncheon from 12 noon – 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 29, at the Sunset Room of the Santa Anita Golf Course, 405 S. Santa Anita Ave., along with other winners:
* Chamber Service Award: Sylvia Ramos, Coldwell Banker George Realty
* New Member of the Year: Sam’s Club
* Business of the Year: Valley Vista Services
* Special recognition: Masonic Center, in memory of John Zubrick
Luncheon ticket prices: $25 per person pre-paid; $30 at the door; $300 corporate sponsor reserved table for 8.
