Jazz Fest Arboretum 8/28-29

A two-day jazz festival will be held at the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden in Arcadia from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, August 28-29.

The redwhite+bluezz Pasadena Jazz Festival will feature two dozen top acts among 200  top artists on two stages ranging from funk to blues, latin, r&b, rock and jazz. Artists scheduled to perform include singer Rita Coolidge, Kevin Eubanks (until recently the long time “Tonight Show” band leader), Spyro Gyra, Booker T, Stanley Clarke, Everlast, Rachell Ferrell, Take 6, Hubert Laws, Doc Powell, James Torme, Byron Miller, Delgado Bothers, and many others, as well as an all-star tribute to Michael Jackson.

Available throughout the show will be international food and drink, a “Kidzz Quarter,”and the Cisco Brothers Jazz Bassar.
