Arcadia's Frank Yang is expanding his world famous Din Tai Fung Dumpling House restaurant to feature new shops at mega-developer Rick Caruso's Americana at Brand in Glendale and later at upscale South Coast Plaza. The Irwindale Speedway came alive again last night under the umbrella of the new Irwindale Event Center. A full house witnessed one of the most exciting evenings of races in many years.
