By all accounts, the Arcadia Unified School District's “An Evening With Anka” on Oct. 27 was enjoyed immensely by the sell-out crowd of nearly 1,200 local dignitaries, supporters of the new $20 million Performing Arts Center, and fans of the legendary Paul Anka.
