Mayor Gary Kovacic presided over an annual Tree City USA ceremony March 14 at Terra Verde Park (Camino Real at Second Avenue).
The park was one of the hardest hit areas during the Dec. 1, 2011 wind storm when four big trees were uprooted and toppled.
