Joaquin Perkins


Joaquin Perkins of Hugo Reid Elementary in Arcadia won the 4th grade section of the 2013 K-12 National Championships held in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, according to the Arcadia Unified School District. It was his seventh national scholastic chess championship.
