The replanting of the trees along Baldwin Avenue as part of that beautification process is scheduled to begin next week.
Speaking of that project, I’m very happy that those overgrown ficus trees were no longer in place when our winds came last week. That could have been very dramatic! The new trees will be London Plane trees, which are a good street tree and provide some nice fall colors.
