Dispute Leads To Fatal Shooting

On the evening of Tuesday, March 11, Arcadia Police and Fire responded to a call at the 50 block of Woodland Lane where a 61-year-old male was fatally shot. The victim’s wife and son were also present at the time of the incident and were unharmed.

Suspect in killing of Arcadia man may have fled to China, officials say

The man confronted the victim’s wife and son prior to the shooting, authorities said

It is believed that this was not a random act and that the suspect was known to the victims. As this was an isolated incident, there is no threat to the community. Partners from the LA County Sheriff’s Office continue to search for the suspect and lead the investigation.
