broken water main. Fire suppression personnel arrived to find a valve on the exterior of

the building that supplies water to the fire sprinkler system had been tampered with and

was left open causing the flooding. Fire suppression personnel corrected the damaged

occupancy occurred, the fire sprinkler system was restored to an operational state, and

the property was released to the owner.

Firefighter Appreciation

On September 24, Downtown Arcadia Board of Directors paid us a visit at our

Headquarters Station. They wanted to express their gratitude toward our firefighters for

providing aid during the recent wildfires and brought some delicious sandwiches and

pastries. Thank you, Downtown Arcadia!
