Sunday’s Forum at The Church of the Good Shepherd Forum (Jordan Hall) from 9 a.m. – 10 a..m on May 23 will focus on the June ballot measures.

2. Gary Kovacic – Proposition 14 – Elections. Increases Right to Participate In Primary Elections.

3. Gary Kovacic – Proposition 15 – California Fair Elections Act.

4. Craig Lucas – Proposition 16 – Imposes New Two-Thirds Voter Approval Requirement For Local Public Electricity Providers. Initiative Constitutional Amendment.

5. Bob Green – Proposition 17 – Allows Auto Insurance Companies To Base Their Prices In Part On A Driver’s History Of Insurance Coverage. Initiative Statute.
