OAK TREE TO BE REMOVED ON HACIENDA

Arcadia have scheduled removal of a decaying oak tree at 71 Hacienda next week due to

the large cavities. The resident at this address called about it and, unfortunately,

this is the 3rd oak being removed on Hacienda in the past 2 months. We are

chalking this up to the excessive rainfall, which may create more root disease issues.

We will monitor Hacienda for further issues. This is a strange root issue; one of the trees

died within 2 weeks, which is very abnormal. On the other hand, the cavities in

this particular tree look like they’ve been there for a while.
