Exciting news with video from the big announcement that just happened. (Great reaction, 2nd time is a charm)
The 2021 President of the Tournament of Roses Bob Miller just announced at halftime of our football game and right after our band performed its halftime show, that the Arcadia High School Marching Band has been selected to march in the 2021 Rose Parade! Dressed in their Halloween costumes and still on the field, the Apache Band members and color guard (more than 300 students in total) were thrilled. This will be Arcadia High’s 17th appearance in the Rose Parade in addition to marching in two Presidential Inaugurations. Arcadia High School has one of the largest and most decorated high school marching bands in the country, and also has a student on this year’s Royal Court.

Video Note from tonight’s reaction: We did the announcement twice as the first time the kids were on the field and was hard to hear, so Bob did the announcement a second time so they all could hear and have a proper reaction.
