Senator Butler has informed us that she has decided to bring forward 2 federal funding requests for the City of Arcadia.
The first is the Regional Fire Training Tower we have proposed at the Angeles Forest Headquarters building (which is also being advanced by Judy Chu at the Congressional level). The other is our Peck Well Treatment Design and Construction Project proposed by the Public Works Services Department. While we are still a long way from final approval and inclusion in the federal budget, being selected by our local representatives is a huge step forward.
