On September 10, the Planning Commission approved a subsequent one-year extension for the tract map. It is the developer’s intent to resubmit the plans for plan check during the first quarter of 2025 and start construction in summer of 2025. These are all tentative dates from the developer. The project that was approved was for 96 condominium units above ground floor retail.
