On Friday, November 8, 65 Arcadia Veterans were honored at the Veteran’s Day Celebration alongside 48 of their loved ones and fellow seniors. During the event, Veterans were individually honored and presented with a special gift as a token of gratitude for their service. Attendees also enjoyed live music from The Alumni Acoustic and a heartfelt rendition of the National Anthem, sung by Ken Feher, a regular of the Arcadia Community Center. The event featured a delicious meal, including grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes, vegetables, a roll, and a slice of cheesecake from La Poblana. It was a meaningful and memorable celebration of the service and sacrifice of Arcadia’s Veterans.
